Sharia Microfinance Models A Grameen Bank Approach For Sustainable Construction And Welfare Enhancemen

Microfinance plays a crucial role in poverty alleviation and economic development by providing financial access to underprivileged communities. The Grameen Bank model introduced by Muhammad Yunus has effectively empowered poor communities, especially women, through unsecured loans that integrate education and training. This study adapts the Grameen Bank model to Islamic microfinance in Indonesia using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to identify factors influencing women’s empowerment through Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKM Syariah). The results are expected to aid in developing an effective and sustainable Islamic microfinance model, relevant to academics, practitioners, and policymakers.
